Who are you and what you were doing before you started the business? We were individuals with developmental disabilities looking to seek employment and work on life skills' goals to help us to become independent.

Why did you decided to start the business?

We started the business to further develop employment skills, educate society about people with disabilies and help us grow as individuals.

What skills have you developed to work on the business?

We developed basic and advanced computer skills, team work, social skills, web site design, graphic design skills, bookeeping skills, marketing skills and different techniques in painting ceramics.

Where are you now and where do you want to go?

We are a small business in progress looking reach a localmarket and someday to expand our business and become global.
